With family at the centre of the design, the home needed to flex just as easily for an intimate dinner party as it does for a summer birthday barbecue and the open-concept layout was built to let that indoor-outdoor rhythm happen naturally.

The great room anchors the main floor as the true gathering space, open and light-filled, with sightlines that carry straight through to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is outfitted for a family that loves to host, with clean lines, warm wood cabinetry, and a dedicated butler's pantry tucked just off to the side to keep the main kitchen clear during larger gatherings.
